I am Lynn Pearce, a fully qualified level 3 sports massage therapist and personal trainer. I have many years’ experience of training in gyms, and playing sports, including representing the England National Squad in Volleyball playing at an international level.
I have also spent many years working in the social care sector, where work pressures are high, and appreciate how exercise and massage therapy can support and uplift how you feel and manage stress.
As someone who has competed in sport and worked in high pressure jobs, I understand and have experience in what it takes to achieve personal goals, whilst maintaining a healthy life balance when we have other responsibilities such as work and family to manage on a daily basis. It can feel overwhelming, impact on your health, confidence and self-esteem, and your overall wellbeing.
My Health Mapping holistic approach will benefit how you address those issues, tailoring a programme to include parts or all the service I offer, to benefit your overall wellbeing in, what many of us have, busy lives.
I can bring my massage therapy direct to your home if you chose, or you can come direct to my therapy room.
Personal training can be offered at your home, I will bring appropriate equipment to ensure a workout can be tailor made to engage you to reach the goals you wish to achieve.
